Hello guys,

All current moderators (and board assistants possibly) have been removed of their status. We have over 100 staff were so many do nothing. 

Only moderators should have their names under boards because otherwise they cannot moderate, all other ranks here are able to moderator WITHOUT putting their names below boards. This makes the forums look much neater.

Leaders are supposed to moderate their respective clan bases and they can nominate 1 (max 2) other people to help. This initially was brought up many months ago about the role of leaders so there is no point in arguing. 

BTW they have the 'G!X clan Leader' rank which does not require them to be physically put as a mod of their clan base board, they can mod it without it....

Directors and Assistants will help out where ever possible though. Directors please check the 'Applications for Staff' board regularly to accept or decline applications. 

Please be reasonable and follow the guidelines in place (e.g. 2 max assistants to leaders for clan bases). We all want the forums to be organized and if same number of people become staff then what is the point? 

There is an 'Application for Staff' board where leaders can tell their counter-parts whom they need help from in the clan bases, to post a application where it will be checked. Also any other applicants can apply, as soon as all places are filled obviously applications close.

Many have become lazy on the forums and no longer deserve or need moderator or assistants ranks. One thing more is Board Assistant is more or less same as G!X clan leader. 

This is because we had most leaders as Board Assistants but their rank did not show who they were. 
Now they are known as leaders and should only keep to moderating THEIR OWN clan bases unless otherwise told. Reason? We have numerous moderator positions for those wanting to help out so let them do it.



A few more updates:

All AAT members now have their own AAT rank on the forums which has major moderation functions. All other current ranks will be replaced by this one except for directors that are AAT like GIO.

All G!X clan leaders that are not board directors will get the G!X clan color leader rank. All other current ranks will be replaced by this one.

** ALL KNOWN LEADERS HAVE BEEN GIVEN THIS RANK ACCORDING TO ABOVE ANY ISSUES PLEASE PM ME **

All G!X owners will now be with the G!X OWNER rank (their name goes to yellow with this rank). Exceptions can be made if the owner is currently a board director or wants to stay a board assistant.

These are all of the ranks that can be given to members of this forums. Some like Supreme, director are not included because they are not given out unless a Supreme agrees.


THESE ARE TO BE USED BY DIRECTORS AND SUPREMES IN GUIDING THEM WHEN PROMOTING A MEMBER TO RANK SO THAT THEY KNOW THE COMMANDS EACH RANK HAS

ALSO CAN NO BODY PLEASE CHANGE THE RANKS OF THE PEOPLE ABOVE JUST TELL THEM TO PM I WILL GET ON IT A.S.A.P. IT TAKES AGES TO FIND ALL THE LEADERS/OWNERS AND THEN CHANGE THEIR RANKS SO PLEASE AGAIN JUST PM ME!!!
